Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt can co-star in the new film

Director Quentin Tarantino has written for the top two Hollywood actors at the ninth movie project of his career.
After The Hateful Eight (2015), director Quentin Tarantino quietly plans his next film project. Early news at the end of 2016 revealed the film revolves around Charles Milles Manson, the leader of the California desert gang of mansons in the late 1960s.

He and his gang have killed seven people, including star Sharon Tate at her home. After Manson was arrested, there was a sign that he was hallucinating when the criminal himself identified himself as "Helter Skelter" - the character in the famous song of the same name of the Beatles.

Since the beginning of October, producer Harvey Weinstein has fallen into a horrible sex scandal as a number of actresses accuse him of having sexually assaulted. Quentin Tarantino is closely associated with Weinstein and the two companies Miramax, The Weinstein Company of the boss. But at this point, the filmmaker broke ties with his former partner, and sent new scripts to major studios in Hollywood.

A temporary project named # 9 - the ninth film of his career Quentin Tarantino. Some internal sources reveal that the Manson Family Gang played only a minor role in the # 9 script. And there are people who compare Tarantino's new film with his own Pulp Fiction classics.

According to Deadline, # 9 has a commercial element and is set in the late 1960s. Quentin Tarantino has not decided what studio to work with. He just did not send the script to Disney due to violent movies that did not fit in with the "Mouse House," and did not want to collaborate with pay-TV channels such as Netflix or Amazon.

The 54-year-old filmmaker has written for a number of stars. In particular, he wanted Margot Robbie to play the late Sharon Tate. Most striking, he targets three stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Samuel L. Jackson.

With the exception of Robbie, all three have had the opportunity to collaborate with Quentin Tarantino. Leonardo DiCaprio has not officially kicked off any new projects since The Revenant (2015). But recruiting Brad Pitt will be no small challenge because he is preparing to participate in World War II in the next year.

There is no certainty about the four stars that Quentin Tarantino wants to join # 9. With The Hateful Eight, the female lead Daisy was written for Jennifer Lawrence. Still, the filmmaker changed his mind and decided to choose an older actress than Jennifer Jason Leigh.

In spite of that, fans really want to see Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt appear in a movie together, and Quentin Tarantino's # 9 is a great opportunity to make that happen.

Eight of Tarantino's previous films, Reservoir Dogs (1992), Pulp Fiction (1994), Jackie Brown (1997), Kill Bill (2003-2004), Death Proof (2007), Inglourious Basterds (2009), Django Unchained (2012), and The Hateful Eight (2015), are highly rated.

Therefore, Hollywood is always very eager every time he has a new project. But the filmmaker has said he will retire after the 10th movie.

As planned, Quentin Tarantino will begin filming new projects in the second half of 2018, and is scheduled to finish filming in 2019.
